The NGAFL is based in the North West area of Georgia.
New players, both men and women, can join up now to play the exciting game of Australian Rules Football. Games commence in March 2025 for the Spring season.
The league is becoming independent of any USAFL club however has it's roots in the Rome GA area. Practices are held each week at all four team locations. All are welcome to come out. No sports experience is really necessary.

The Flying Foxes On The Edge Of North Georgia, Literally.
The Chattanooga Flying Foxes commenced in 2022 and have steadily been growing since. Their inclusion with the Rome Redbacks club has meant a stronger and much appreciated on field performance for the Redbacks.
The Foxes were initially assisted in the their development by the USA leader of footy development in the Sth East, Play Aussie USA. The Foxes have hosted several games in the Chattanooga area including the first ever game of footy in the east Tennessee area, in the fall of 2022.
Play USAFL games with the Rome Redbacks or Atlanta Kookaburras
The Rome Redbacks have been a member club of the USAFL (United States Australian Football League) since 2018 and the Atlanta Kookaburras since 1998.

The USAFL was officially established in 1997 and since then has grown far and wide to nearly all states and major cities around the country.
In October each year teams come together for the USAFL National Championships with up to 7 divisions of men's and women's teams participating and play off for National title recognition. Find out more about the USAFL on their website at www.usafl.com
